Amelia is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University in 2018 and has been working with patients in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics since 2011 including providing services to youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Amelia strives to be a lifelong learner and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner among other specialized training since graduation including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, blood flow restriction training, and dry needling. Amelia is a former gymnast and dancer. In her time off, she can be found outdoors, triathlon training, in the gym doing crossfit, hiking, kayaking, or with her dog Heidi. She has completed 2 full ironman triathlons as well as eleven half 70.3 distance races and continues to train for the upcoming race season this year. Her clinical interests include working with athletes of all kind but especially gymnastics, dancers, endurance athletes, and those with bone stress injuries.
